I haven’t received my product key?
All of our products are delivered digitally as a product key for the game or software. In most cases, product keys are automatically sent via email once the payment is successful. Please also check your Spam or Junk folder, as the email may sometimes end up there.

How do I reinstall my product?
Games:
All games are linked to your personal gaming account. To reinstall your game, simply log in to the platform where it was originally registered (e.g., Steam or Origin) and download it again. If you are unsure which platform your game uses, please refer to the installation instructions included in your order.
Microsoft products:
Microsoft products are tied to your Microsoft account. To reinstall your product, log in to your account and access your purchases via one of the following links:
– https://account.microsoft.com/services/
– https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/
Once logged in, locate your product and follow the prompts to reinstall it.
The product key I purchased is invalid or already used.
Microsoft Office
Error: “The product key has been activated the maximum number of times” (appears after installation)
Please make sure you have carefully followed the installation instructions. If the issue persists after that, please contact us.
Error: “The product key has already been used” (appears on https://setup.office.com before installation)

Microsoft Windows
Error: “The product key does not work”
Please verify that you have purchased the correct version of Windows. For example, a Windows 10 Home key cannot be used to activate Windows 10 Pro. In such cases, Windows must be reinstalled.

– Make sure you have followed the activation steps exactly as described in the installation guide.
– Double-check that the product is being activated on the correct device, console or platform (e.g., PC or Mac, Steam or Origin, Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo).
