Applicable Purchase Terms
1. Introduction
These terms govern consumer purchases via the Internet and are subject to the Norwegian Contract Act, Consumer Purchase Act, Marketing Act, Business Act, and e-Commerce Act. In the event of conflict, specifically agreed terms prevail unless contrary to mandatory law. Relevant consumer protection statutes apply subsidiarily.

4. Price
Total payable price includes all fees and charges unless otherwise stated.

Norwegian buyers: Add 25% VAT.

Non-Norwegian buyers: VAT is 0%, included in listed prices.
Undisclosed costs prior to purchase are not enforceable.
5. Contract Formation
Binding agreement arises when buyer submits order.
Not binding if manifest errors exist and the other party knew or should have known.
6. Payment

Payment may be collected upon shipment.

Credit/debit card charges are reserved at order and processed at shipment.

Invoice (if applicable): Due 14 days post-receipt. Not available to under-18s.
7. Delivery
Digital delivery via license key upon purchase.
Accessing keys:
Keys are sent via email within 1 hour (Mon–Sun, 09:00–23:00 UTC+2).
If delayed beyond 2 hours, contact support.
Redemption:
Redeem within 1 month of purchase. Compensation is void thereafter. Once redeemed, validity is subject to product-specific terms.
8. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies per §22(n) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act if digital content delivery has begun with user consent.
Voluntary Policy: 14-day return right applies if the key is unused, pursuant to §34 of the Act.
9. Delay & Non-Delivery
Buyer may:

Withhold payment,

Demand fulfillment,
-
Cancel,
-
Seek compensation (§5, Consumer Purchase Act).
Buyer must notify seller in writing (e.g., email). Cancellation possible after reasonable extension or if timely delivery was material.
10. Defects
Notice of defect must be given within a reasonable time, no later than:

2 months from discovery,

2 years from delivery,
-
5 years if product lifespan reasonably exceeds 2 years.
Buyer may:

Demand repair/replacement (unless disproportionate),

Request price reduction,
-
Cancel if the defect is not minor,
-
Claim damages.
Written notice required.
11. Seller’s Remedies for Buyer Breach
If buyer defaults without justification:

Seller may withhold goods, enforce contract, cancel, or seek damages.

Interest and fees may apply per Norwegian Delay Interest Act and Debt Collection Act.
Cancellation requires material breach or failure to cure within reasonable extension.
12. Warranty
Warranties provide additional rights and do not restrict buyer's statutory remedies for defects or delays.
13. Data Protection
Seller is data controller. Data is collected solely to fulfill contractual obligations and is stored securely. No data is sold or shared without consent.
Retention:

Transaction data: 5 years (Accounting Act).

Purchase history: 10 years (warranty/claims purposes).
Security:
Comprehensive organizational and technical safeguards are in place.
Modification/Deletion:
To request account deletion or data changes, contact: support@keycodeshop.com.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be submitted in writing within reasonable time. Parties shall attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council:
